Fourth Principle

Today has been a nice day :) it has warmed up but we shall see how long that lasts. Did some service today I helped paint a house it was fun. :)

Fourth
We believe that the first principles and ordinances of the Gospel are: first, Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ; second, Repentance; third, Baptism by immersion for the remission of sins; fourth, Laying on of hands for the gift of the Holy Ghost.

What is Faith? To me it is believing in something that you can't see and also ACTING on that belief.
Repentance? A way I think about it is a Fancy word for change.
Baptism? John 3:5
Holy Ghost? He “witnesses of the Father and the Son” (2 Nephi 31:18) and reveals and teaches “the truth of all things” (Moroni 10:5).

These are all SO important to me! I love these principles! I please ask you to consider these, they are something so dear and near to my heart.

I have a strong testimony that the Book Of Mormon is true! I love it and I read it everyday. I constantly pray to have a reassurance that it is true. Missionary Work

The Lord has declared that missionary work is the responsibility of all who follow Him ! "Every member a missionary!" -David O. McKay "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world."  ( Matthew 28:19-20 ) You cannot convert people beyond your own conversion! 9 Months of adventures so far...

Today is the day I have been away from my home, family and friends for 9 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These 9 months have gone by sooooooooooooo fast! I can't believe in another 9 months I'll be home though.  I left home 9 months ago to serve a full time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I have loved serving the people in the Utah Ogden area and I will continue too for another 9 months! I KNOW this church is true! I KNOW my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ LIVE! I KNOW that Christ loves me so much that he would suffer and die for me and EVERYONE! I KNOW that we have a LIVING Prophet called of God named Thomas S. Monson! I KNOW because of this gospel I can live FOREVER with my family because of Temples! I LOVE this gospel so much! I am sacrificing 18 months of my life to serve and I love doing it!
