Book of Mormon


There is a power to the Book of Mormon that you can't find in any other book. Everyone feels that Mormons replace the Bible with the Book of Mormon which is NOT true!

The Book of Mormon is ANOTHER testament or witness of Jesus Christ and it expands, confirms and builds upon the truths in the Bible. Every principle in this book is focused on Jesus Christ and how we as a people can come closer to him.

One passage says that the Book of Mormon "shall establish the truth" of the Bible "and shall make known to all kindreds, tongues, and people, that the Lamb of God is the Son of the Eternal Father, and the Savior of the world; and that all men must come unto him, or they cannot be saved" 1 Nephi 13:40

My testimony of the Book of Mormon is what I strive to share! I KNOW it is true with all of my heart! Everything that the Book of Mormon states helps you draw closer to Christ.

I have a strong testimony that the Book Of Mormon is true! I love it and I read it everyday. I constantly pray to have a reassurance that it is true. I know with all of my heart, might, mind and soul that it is TRUE! The reason I pray constantly to know that it is true is to have an unwavering testimony of it. I know Joseph Smith translated it for the world to read. I don't want to hide the principles and teachings it has of Jesus Christ in it from the world. All four season in a day?!

Today has been an interesting day! lol I have seen the snow/hail I have seen and heard thunder and lightning and I have felt the warm sun ALL in ONE day! Utah weather MAKE UP YOUR MIND! lol ok that is the end of that little rant :) I wish already that Utah would be done with the snow it shouldn't in my opinion be coming when it had decided to be nice and warm and sunny and then change its mind. Well with other things we can change and bring out the sunshine! That goes with today's simple principle. Third We believe that through the Atonement of Christ, all mankind may be saved, by obedience to the laws and ordinances of the Gospel. Lost (a poem)

Everyone has feelings of loneliness and such. But how to over come them? Through the light of Christ can we become found again. This is a poem I wrote about such feelings. I have feelings of loneliness that I can't break The chains are on me and darkness around me. I have gotten myself in a bind and don't know how to get out. I feel lost and don't know what to do. I am on my knees with streams of tears that flow down my face. I hear a dark sound of laughter that echos through my head. I feel as if I've lost the light. I begin to stand with some flicker of Hope. I stomp my feet wanting to be let out, I feel a soft touch that I didn't notice before A hand is reaching for me, I see it now. I stretch forth with all my might. I am blinded by the light but now I know I haven't become part of the night. I see a loving face with tear stained eyes I want to know how my knight in so much pain could save a wretched soul like mine. ...
